Island Nature Trust is a non-profit organization that was established in 1979 to protect and conserve natural areas on Prince Edward Island.

The funds raised in this online auction, will help Island Nature Trust deliver a new immersive nature education program to Grade 7 students in Western PEI, where vehicle and ATV use by youth on beaches is degrading beach-dune ecosystems. For this program, INT is partnering with two local watershed groups and two intermediate schools to deliver in-class sessions and field trips to approximately 150 students. The program will bring personal meaning and culturally relevant examples to their learning, encourage decision making and critical thinking about beach-dune ecosystems, and will engage students in finding creative solutions to the issue.
